July 18, 2019 (Fair Haven, VT) – Now that the season is in full swing, let’s take a look at the updated King Of Dirt Racing Crate Modified Point Standings under the 2019 Driver Eligibility Rule, where Bobby Hackel leads the way.
Adam Pierson has a history of running well in KOD events and finds himself second in the point standings, while defending Northeast Crate Nationals champion Brian Calabrese is eagerly waiting in 3rd to defend his title and possibly claim the crown.
Elmo Reckner is a pleasant surprise in 4th driving for the 24e team, while 5th place Billy Lussier has his eyes on the Fastline Performance Newcomer Of The Year prize.
Round two of this years title chase takes place August 11th at Devil’s Bowl Speedway for the 40 Lap Leon Gonyo Memorial. $1,500 to win, $150 to start is the tip of the iceberg! $250 Andy’s bonus to the winner, Hoosier Tire Certificates to 2nd and 3rd, and $75 to all cars that do not qualify make it a can’t miss. Plus the crown is still up for grabs.
If that isn’t enough, there’s a slobberknocker of a Modified race going down featuring some big names chasing big prizes. Don’t miss this incredible show in the green mountain state.
